Williams Structural is a structural engineering practice specialising in residential structural reviews and design.
We provide independent advice to homeowners, buyers, renovators and property professionals, with a focus on clearly explaining observed structural issues, what they may mean, and how significant they are in practical terms.
Our services include pre-purchase structural reviews, targeted on-site inspections (such as wall removal and renovation advice), condition assessments, and full residential structural design and documentation for alterations, additions and new works — all delivered with clear scopes and straightforward recommendations to support informed decision-making.
The practice is led by Jonathan William, Director and Principal Structural Engineer, who personally undertakes all inspections and issues all reports. Jonathan has extensive experience across residential and commercial structural engineering projects, with a focus on property decision-making.
Williams Structural is operated by a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and maintains appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
